Please take a moment to pause and breathe
Notice the sensations in your body and the rhythm of your breath.
Remind yourself that you are not alone in the world experiencing
challenges in your life.
So many others are facing their own struggles as well.
Be patient with yourself and your life situation and know that times
will get better again.
Trust that the right time will come for you where everything resolves itself again.
In the meantime, continue to focus on your breath and stay
present in the moment.
