Daily Breathing Exercise
Take a deep breath, Inhale 1-2-3-4-5 and Exhale 1-2-3-4-5
This so called resonant or coherent breathing is when you breathe at a rate of 5 full breaths per minute.
According to a 2017 study, resonant breathing can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression when combined with Iyengar yoga which is one of our favourite yoga practices.

Please inhale for a count of 5 – Exhale for a count of 5
and continue this breathing pattern for at least one minute 🙂
