In Courage, Awareness And Education We Believe!
Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can’t practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage.
Yes! You And Me – Every Life And Voice Matters
We are talking about policing and the unequal and unjust treatment of minorities which is an absolutely paramount discussion to have in order to instill and achieve a change within our systems and governments globally.
Yet, we must go deeper and address the root and cause of the profound and persistent problem.
It is just like with treating an illness. Yes, we do need to apply surgery and administer antibiotics in urgent health situations, but the ‘treatment’ starts way before getting sick!
We must change and adjust to living a healthy lifestyle in order to not develop malaise in the first place.
Yes, the same applies with inequality and racism among mankind.
It starts in our cradles, generation after generation we learn racist behaviour. It does not skip any culture on this planet. Not in the past, nor in the present and what about the future, may I ask?!
Most of our cultures are discriminating among their own in well established class societies, or against another culture, trying to dominate and suppress. The news outlets are full with daily stories and atrocities.
Families, educators, communities, governments and individuals have the responsibility to instill respect, tolerance, and compassion among each other. Young generations need to be led and educated toward new ways of thinking: free of prejudice, discrimination, racism and hatred.
Understood, you calling me naive and a dreamer, but how many precious lives were, are and will be lost all over the world as we speak? CHANGE is necessary and every voice matters!
Is it really so difficult to treat a human being for what WE are: human beings?
Is it really so difficult to teach our offspring within our families and at school to be embracing, tolerant and most importantly curious about people from other cultures?
After all, curiosity has never been detrimental to our own emotional development, but rather an asset and virtue.

Ignorance, arrogance and the fear of the unknown and the new are deeply seeded in us and it takes COURAGE – YES, it takes COURAGE to embrace the new, unknown and unfamiliar in order to make ourselves, our communities and the world a better place.
How about if we start together NOW!
