How To Make Quick And Amazing Gluten Free Pancakes
Holidays are coming up and so perhaps some time to make some delicious gluten free pancakes in the morning, just to add a delightful touch of natural sweetness to your breakfast.
It is delicious, easy and very quick to make.
Ingredients for four people
- 650 g of oats
- 2 eggs
- 5 bananas
Best is to mix the oats and bananas together and whisking it until the bananas have broken down. Then adding the eggs and whisking again. Add a thin layer of coconut oil in a preheated pan and spread the batter onto it. Flatten the pancakes to about the diameter of your palm and fry until golden. This receipt makes about 20 palm-sized pancakes. Great idea to also add blueberries or other fruit to create some variety.
