Gluten Free Pancakes

To add a delightful touch of natural sweet to your breakfast why not make gluten free pancakes.

For four people


  • 650 g of oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 bananas

Mix the oats and bananas with a whisk until the banana has broken down. Then, add the eggs and whisk again. Spread a thin layer of coconut oil in a pan and then spread the batter onto it. Flatten the pancakes to about the diameter of your palm and fry until golden. Makes 20 palm-sized pancakes. You can also add blueberries and other fruit.
