SUKHASANA – also called Pleasant Pose, or Decent Pose, or Easy Pose
Sukhasana is an Asana (yoga position) which is practiced in Yoga, Buddhism and Hinduism. The name comes from the Sanskrit words Sukha meaning “pleasure”,[10] and Asana (आसन, Āsana) meaning “posture” or “seat”.[
- Sukhasana is a cross-legged pose and opens up your hips and lengthens your spine.
- It is used in Meditation and for breathing exercises like ‘Breath of Fire’ in Kundalini Yoga.
